Scope of Supply
The selected supplier(s) will be required to deliver high-quality, authentic hardware, which generally includes (but is not limited to):
- Business-grade Laptops and Desktop Computers
- Heavy-duty Printers, Photocopiers, and Scanners
- Networking Equipment (Routers, Switches, Access Points)
- Power Backup Systems (UPS and Inverters)
- Standard Software Licenses

Mandatory Bidding Requirements
To be considered for evaluation, bidding companies must submit the following statutory documents alongside their proposals:
- Valid copy of the Certificate of Incorporation (including CR6 and CR14 forms).
- Valid ZIMRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Current Registration Certificate with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) in the relevant ICT supply category.
- Valid NSSA Clearance Certificate.
- Company profile detailing traceable references for similar ICT supply contracts executed within the past 3 years.

Submission Instructions
Bids must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, clearly endorsed on the outside with the Tender Reference Number and Description, and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer.
Tenders must be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Guruve RDC Head Office Reception on or before the closing date and time specified above. Late submissions will not be accepted.
